Kelly Tanner joined Cotney Construction Law in March of 2018. Her role as Marketing Associate called on her to help the Customer Service department fulfill the goal of delivering “Wow!” customer service to each new and current client.
With 5 years’ experience in the customer service industry, Kelly is instrumental in ensuring customer experiences are remarkable at Cotney Construction Law. In 2019, Kelly’s role expanded to Client Services Coordinator, a role that also calls on Kelly to oversee engagement letters, conflict checks, lead conversion analysis & reporting, and more.
Kelly isn’t new to the construction industry. In fact, she grew up in it and received early on-the-job training while working for her mother’s roofing company.
Prior to joining Cotney Construction Law, Kelly worked in player development at a casino and carried out several internships en route to earning a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida.
